聯軸器與隔套的區別

聯軸器是將兩根軸連接起來、將一根軸的運動、動力傳給另一根軸的聯節部件，一般分成兩部分，分別裝在兩軸的軸端。聯軸器主要通過預緊來達到無空回傳遞扭矩，軸連接無空回，好的柔韌性和抗沖擊性，允許各個方向的偏移，即使在高速下，運動也平穩，能承受大的工作量，安裝操作簡單方便，免維護，不需停工期，能承受高溫環境，小尺寸，小慣量，電絕緣，性價比高，額定扭矩0.10-650Nm

隔套是將同一軸上的零件分隔開來的零件，在對裝的軸承（角接觸軸承）中間，可以調節軸承的游隙和預壓；在軸承外側裝，通過間隔套，可以使緊鎖螺母壓緊軸承內圈的力比較均勻，也可以保護軸承不受損傷，安裝時也比較有充裕空間擰螺母，好下扳手，與一般螺母靠平墊壓緊的作用類似；另一方面可以在間隔圈外裝油封，也保護了軸不受油封磨損。

Spacer sleeve is a component that separates parts on the same shaft. In the middle of the matched bearing (angular contact bearing), the clearance and preload of the bearing can be adjusted; By installing on the outer side of the bearing and using a spacer sleeve, the force of the locking nut pressing on the inner ring of the bearing can be relatively uniform, which can also protect the bearing from damage. During installation, there is also ample space to tighten the nut, which is similar to the function of a regular nut pressing with a flat pad; On the other hand, oil seals can be installed outside the spacer ring to protect the shaft from oil seal wear.
