操作壽命。因此直線導(dǎo)軌與滑軌滑塊之間的固定就很重要。
1、推拔固定法
藉由對(duì)推拔的鎖緊來(lái)施壓，過(guò)大的鎖緊力易造成滑軌彎曲或外側(cè)肩部變形，所以安裝時(shí)要特別注意鎖緊力的適當(dāng)性。
2、壓板固定法
直線導(dǎo)軌與滑塊側(cè)面需略微突出床臺(tái)與工作臺(tái)邊緣，而壓板需加工逃槽，以防止安裝時(shí)與滑軌或滑塊的角部產(chǎn)生干預(yù)。
3、滾柱固定法
滾柱是利用螺栓頭部斜度的推進(jìn)來(lái)施壓，所以要特別注意螺栓頭部的位置。
4、定位螺栓固定法
提醒直線導(dǎo)軌因?yàn)榘惭b空間的限制，使用的螺栓尺寸不可太大。
