攤鋪前應做好的準備工作首先是熨平板的預熱和保溫：

（1）作業(yè)前20～40min，應對熨平板進行預熱，使其接近混合料的溫度；
（2）因故停止作業(yè)時，需使用預熱系統(tǒng)進行保溫，防止熨平板冷卻；
（3）用燃氣進行預熱熨平板時，應注意控制熱量，防止局部過熱而使熨平板變形。加熱時，應采用間歇燃燒多次加熱操作法，使其靠自身熱傳導均勻預熱。有熱風循環(huán)系統(tǒng)的，可采用點火燃燒和熄火熱風循環(huán)交替進行加熱。無論采用何種方式，每次點燃時間均不得大于10min；
（4）沒有燃燒加熱裝置的，應逐個分別點燃@700618；
（5）預熱時，要加強對燃燒情況的觀察，若火焰熄滅，應即關閉燃氣開關，找出起因，排除故障，并待燃氣排盡后方可重新點燃；
（6）嚴禁在加熱過程中，熨平板處于無人看管狀態(tài)和向攤鋪機各部噴油清洗。
其次在攤鋪前，除了對機器本身各部分進行良好狀況的檢查外，還要根據(jù)施工要求做許多準備和調整工作。其項目有：攤鋪帶厚度的確定以及熨平板寬度的調整；熨平板拱度的調整；攤鋪厚度的確定與熨平板的初始工作迎迎角的調整；熨平板的加熱；工作速度的選擇與送料汽車配合數(shù)量的確定；自動調平裝置參考基準的準備。

(6) It is strictly prohibited to leave the ironing plate unattended and spray oil to clean all parts of the paver during the heating process.

 

Secondly, before paving, in addition to checking the good condition of each part of the machine itself, many preparations and adjustments need to be made according to the construction requirements.
