攤鋪機分料下鏈輪裝配在分料箱中，分料下鏈輪內部有軸承與分料半軸結合，外部與分料連接盤鏈接，連接盤在于攪龍軸鏈接，向上通過分料小鏈條與分料減速機帶動的分料上鏈輪鏈接，當分料減速機工作時帶動上鏈輪，上鏈輪在帶動下鏈輪轉動，下鏈輪再通過連接盤帶動攪龍軸轉動，才能達到把料均勻地向兩邊疏散，起到分料的作用。
