承托物料的輸料底板，需與前端張緊軸輥輪和后端驅動軸的節圓相切，否則會出現前端物料刮不凈、后端夾料跳齒等現象。尤其是輸料底板后段圓弧段，經過高點后要遠離鏈輪節圓，否則輸送鏈條倒轉時，其松緊狀況發生轉變，輸料刮板有可能會與圓弧段后端相碰。
