梅花墊特性:梅花墊是用聯(lián)軸器中間起到減震、絕緣、緩沖傳遞扭矩之作用。

爪型聯(lián)軸器國內(nèi)通常稱為“梅花型聯(lián)軸器”。由兩個全等鋁制或鋼制的爪形軸套，在圓周方向上相互錯開半個齒距，其間裝有一個預(yù)應(yīng)力的漸開線梅花形彈性體，彈性體內(nèi)的預(yù)應(yīng)力可保證正、反向傳動無齒隙，定位。同時，梅花型彈性體可以吸收傳動中產(chǎn)生的振動。爪型聯(lián)軸器中的彈性體可以減震，同時這種扭向剛性聯(lián)軸器保證的定位。
